Refurbished / Upgraded AG Associates Heatpulse 610I RTP System
SemiStar Corp. provides professionally refurbished and upgraded AG Associates Heatpulse 610I Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) systems for compound semiconductor fabs, pilot lines, universities, and research institutes. Each Heatpulse 610I RTP system is inspected, tested, refurbished, and configured according to customer requirements before shipment.
The AG Associates Heatpulse 610I is a stand-alone semi-automatic RTP system designed for small sample to approximately 6-inch wafer processing applications. The system features manual substrate load/unload operation and control technology similar to the AG Associates Heatpulse 4100 RTP platform.
The Heatpulse 610I chamber assembly design is similar to the proven AG Associates Heatpulse 610 and Heatpulse 4100 RTP systems. The platform has been widely used for compound semiconductor processing applications including GaAs, InP, GaN, SiC, MEMS, and advanced materials thermal processing.
