Customer Requirement
SemiStar is looking for an Applied Materials (AMAT) Endura SICONI module for 200 mm wafer processing. The customer’s preferred solution is to retrofit and integrate the SICONI module into an existing Evatec CLUSTERLINE 200 system.
The primary requirement is therefore not simply an available SICONI chamber. We are looking for a professional technical provider with experience in SICONI chamber refurbishment, hardware adaptation, controls/software integration, vacuum and gas integration, wafer transfer interface, system installation, and process startup.
If integration of an AMAT SICONI module with the existing Evatec CLUSTERLINE 200 is not practical, the customer is also willing to consider a complete AMAT system configured with SICONI.
