About SemiStar Providers Wanted
SemiStar regularly receives inquiries from semiconductor manufacturers, universities, research organizations, equipment users, and other customers worldwide looking for semiconductor equipment, spare parts, repair services, field service, upgrades, and specialized technical solutions.
Some customer requirements are outside SemiStar’s current inventory or technical capabilities. Rather than offering an unknown or unsupported solution, SemiStar lists selected requirements through our Providers Wanted program so that qualified equipment suppliers, equipment owners, service organizations, repair specialists, and experienced engineers can provide suitable solutions.
How It Works
- SemiStar receives a customer inquiry for semiconductor equipment, spare parts, repair, service, upgrades, or other technical solutions.
- Selected requirements are listed without publishing the customer’s identity or contact information.
- When available, SemiStar provides the general installation or delivery location, normally at the State and Country level, so providers can evaluate shipping, installation, travel, and service requirements.
- Providers review the requirement and determine whether their equipment, inventory, products, or technical capabilities can provide a suitable solution.
- The provider submits complete information to SemiStar and references the Inquiry ID.
- SemiStar reviews the proposed solution and coordinates the next step based on the current status of the original customer inquiry.
Effective and Efficient Communication
Effective and efficient communication is very important. Semiconductor buyers often need to evaluate sourcing options and make decisions quickly. Incomplete, unclear, or incorrect information creates repeated questions and unnecessary delays. If too much information is missing, the buyer may lose patience or move to another solution.
When responding to a Providers Wanted inquiry, please provide complete and correct information in your first response whenever possible.

SemiStar is particularly interested in providers with actual inventory, working or tested equipment, demonstrated repair capability, specialized technical expertise, or proven solutions. We are not looking for additional Internet listings whose actual availability, ownership, configuration, or condition cannot be confirmed.
