Customer Requirement
SemiStar is seeking two (2) Mattson Aspen Diode dual-chamber systems for an established 200 mm semiconductor fabrication facility in Israel.
The customer requires complete equipment in very good physical and fully operational condition. Each system must be configured with two process chambers and be suitable for 200 mm wafer processing.
Only working equipment will be considered. Non-working, incomplete, damaged, or parts-only systems are not acceptable.
