It has been used very gently and spent the majority of its life boxed up and stored away. Great for characterizing for structural (thickness, interface, surface roughness, contamination, optical (optical constants), electrical (conductivity) and also chemical information of materials.
Condition: It was complete,working, however due to lack of power supply unable to fully test. Sold As-Is. Complete,working,functional test or refurbished conditions are optional at extra cost.
