Thermco 2404 diffusion furnace, 4 stack, 3 tubes active, furnace and source cab: This is a furnace for 4 inch wafers, with simple Eurotherm controls. It is just a furnace and source cabinet, and 3 tubes are active. 208 volt 3 phase. This furnace is used, and includes a simple source cabinet. This unit does not have a loadstation, so it needs to manually loaded.
Condition: It was complete,working, however due to lack of power supply unable to fully test. Sold As-Is. Complete,working,functional test or refurbished conditions are optional at extra cost.
