Veeco Gen II MBE:
GEN II 3 inch MBE system(a MOD GEN II 3″ system) . Used for growth of arsenides based materials. Growth chamber went through complete cleaning procedure(etch cleaned) . It is shine inside growth chamber, and like new.
The vacuum was 6×10^-10 without cooling. Can be used for nitride or oxide growth. Liquid nitrogen lines and phase separator are also available. In good working condition.
Condition: Unit pulled from a working service, however due to lack of power supply unable to fully test. Sold As-Is. Complete,working,functional test or refurbished conditions are optional at extra cost.
