Our team has superior knowledge and experience in service, complete refurbishments and troubleshooting, related to MATTSON RTP systems. All tools will be disassembled, cleaned and tested, assemblies will be refurbished and consumable parts will be renewed. The highly experienced ex-MATTSON field service engineer team will perform the original outgoing checks before the refurbished tool leaves our facility. Warranty of 6 months (extendable) and Installation comes with the tool as a standard. Training and full process support can be given optionally.
