AG Associates Heatpulse RTP equipment is one of SemiStar’s main business areas. We purchase used Heatpulse systems for our inventory and provide customers with refurbished and upgraded Heatpulse RTP systems restored and tested to OEM specifications, as well as spare parts, repair, technical service, and long-term equipment support.
Because we maintain Heatpulse equipment, parts, and technical capabilities for ongoing customer support, we are continuously interested in purchasing Heatpulse systems for inventory. This is not a one-time customer inquiry.

AS IS Equipment Is Welcome
Unlike many of our customer-specific Providers Wanted inquiries, this is an ongoing inventory purchase request from SemiStar.
We purchase these Heatpulse systems AS IS. The equipment does not need to be refurbished or ready for production. Working, non-working, deinstalled, stored, incomplete, or surplus systems may all be considered.
Please do not spend unnecessary time preparing or repairing the equipment before contacting us. Tell us its actual condition and provide as much information as you currently have.

Photos Are Important
Please provide clear, current photos of the equipment whenever possible. Photos of the complete system, front and rear of the system, process chamber, control electronics, model/serial number labels, accessories, and any damaged or missing areas are helpful for our evaluation.
