A laboratory in San Diego currently has multiple equipment units available for sale. All equipment is in excellent working condition. The lab was professionally decontaminated by a certified national hazmat company two weeks ago. All systems remain fully connected, allowing for convenient evaluation. This facility was previously used for advanced chip development, primarily processing 4-inch and 6-inch wafers, with some equipment potentially supporting up to 8-inch wafers.

- Wet benches are used and show normal signs of usage; two units are new

In addition, the owner is offering an Oxford CrystalFlex HVPE reactor in new, crated condition. Storage for up to six months can also be provided.
