TEL Clean Track ACT-8, an advanced, industry-standard wafer coater and developer widely used in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly for deep ultraviolet (DUV) lithography.
The machine was reported as damaged upon arrival with slight damage found to one of the 7 crates which housed the main unit.
Condition: The system comprises 7 crates, with only one crate damaged during freight. The damaged crate contains the main unit, where we observed:
- A bent metal bar.
- A minor dent on a metal cover.
The machine has never been powered on and was brand-new prior to shipping damage. All signs point to the machine being able to power on but the owner has not attempted to power it up. We have three PDF documents. Contact us for the PDFs:
