Denton Vacuum DV-502 Evaporator/Sputtering System
Denton vacuum evaporator, model DV-502. 120 V, 60 Hz. Also called a sputtering chamber, or a thin film deposition chamber. Used for thin metal layer deposition and rotary shadowing.

- pumping cycle consisting of mechanical pump and high vacuum pump
- bell jar and implosion guard, jar has crack (see photo) and needs new gasket
- filament / glow selector
- adjustable filament voltage
- vacuum and filament current gauges
