Pick&Place Surface mount Laser Chip, Array, Detector and Epoxy Dispenser Machine:The system was developed and built by Royce Inc. ( Malcolm Cox, former Dage Precima Eng ) .The system can be programmable to pick up laser chip, array, detector and inspect before placement on the heat sink. Also the system can be used for dispense epoxy.The system steps automatically for placement. Has a tray with mirror bottom for inspecting the chip P and N side and rotate left or right infinite before placement. The pick up tip will not smash a chip if you put too much pressure on it because the system will release the tip movement. Pressure of the pick up tip can set.Has a RS-232 computer port. The system has a large program availability for different size and pitch laser chip, array, detector placement and for different heat sink size.The system needs vacuum 20″ Hg. Dry Air= 40 psi. 110 V @ 2 Amp or 240 V @ 1 Amp.It is a great system for R&D and production.
Condition: Unit pulled from a working service, however due to lack of power supply unable to fully test. Sold As-Is. Complete,working,functional test or refurbished conditions are optional at extra cost.
