Description
PV Wafer ID Laser Scriber / Reader System – IPESCAN005/IRIV03V00. Designed to mark/scribe and read Photovoltaic/Solar wafers that are 156x156mm. The 2-D bar code marker uses a Data Matrix format from a matrix code designed to pack a lot of information in a very small space. A Data Matrix symbol can store between one and 500 characters. The current density format configured is a 12×12 matrix. These are 12 elements wide by 12 elements high. Using this format you can encode a 10 digit number so you can mark the silicon wafer using a much smaller space on the back of the wafer vs. an entire numeric marking.
Condition: It was complete,working, however due to lack of power supply unable to fully test. Sold As-Is. Complete,working,functional test or refurbished conditions are optional at extra cost.
