TEL EPD – SE2000 Advanced OES Endpoint System. Excellent tool for either process end point determination or plasma diagnostics. Can be used as stand-alone unit or integrate into TEL etcher for active endpoint. Integrate configuration requires communication cable.
Condition: It was complete,working, however due to lack of power supply unable to fully test. Sold As-Is. Complete,working,functional test or refurbished conditions are optional at extra cost.
