This system offer precise control of all movable parts to best probing:
- X-Y Movement of Chuck with Dual coaxial knob for precise and smooth wafer movement
- pneumatic Z lift of the Chuck (it can be raised or lowered to make or break contact to probe)
- Super wide platen with to accommodate placement of variety of probe positioners
- Microscope XY movement with super stable stage for Compound microscope and laser cutters

1. Compound Industrial Microscope Mitutoyo FS70 latest model with polarizer analyzer port, This microscope is LASER READY. 1X 2X, 20X, 50X Objectives with 10X Eyepieces (total magnification 1000X),smoothest focus block, CCD Camera and monitor
2. QTY 4 positioners with vaccum include one pico probes with power supply and 3 DC probes from Karl Suss PH150 and mm model 525 with coaxial probe holders. QTY 10 probe tips and QTY 3 Pico Probes with Picoprobe power supplies. 2A. QTY 2 Cascade Microtech RF Probes (not shown in puctures)
3 Illumination system with remote and fiberoptic for microscope
4 Chuck 12 inch Isolated chuck with thermal option (Note Chuck is Thermal Ready & temperature controller can be ordered as a separate item)
5. Heavy duty microscope stage with coaxial X and Y Know ideal for laser cutting (note the picture with laser option it is not included can be ordered as a separate option)
