Thin Film Wax Coating System designed for use with Substrate Bonders. Thin film deposition of wax onto samples and substrates is achieved by evaporation under vacuum. This produces a very accurate and uniform layer of wax on both pieces. Coated surfaces can then be bonded together. Compact cabinet with a fast clean pumping group with low tension evaporation source, power supply and instrumentation. Deposition monitor mounted on top of chamber.
