- The SEMTech upgraded AMRAY 3200C was “moth-balled” per SEMTech instructions. It is currently installed (as shown in the PDF) .
Pemtron PS-230 SEM is also available.
- It is a variable pressure SEM that uses a tungsten filament for SE and BSE imaging.
- Includes the roughing pump.
- The Pemtron is installed and functional. It has only been used a few times since the stage travel and chamber are half that of the owner main SEM.
