The only physical difference between PRE-300 and PRE-301 is the cables connectors. PRE-300 has them on the side and PRE-301 at the bottom. Both aligners are for 6, 8, and 12 inch wafers. The other difference is in the setup. Wafer is picked up from the chuck of PRE-300 and from the pins of PRE-301.
