Analog Pneumatics Card – Upgrade for Pneutronics® Analog Card
Introducing the APC Dual Channel Analog Pneumatics Card . This is a replacement card for the AMAT® Mirra Analog Pneutronics® card which controls the DDF3 Pad Conditioner Downforce. Ships with proper tubing to connect directly to the DDF3 Pneumatic Control Panel on the rear of the tool. Replaces AMAT® Part Number 3200-01073.

Our new card uses industry proven Electronic pressure regulators of the highest quality. Our simplified board design eliminates noise and heat related issues and ensures stable, linear operation. Absent are the manual control potentiometers, which can be inadvertently set incorrectly. The outputs are re-routed out the end of the card to allow for direct connection to the DDF3 Control board to eliminate air leaks at the card edge connector. In production in several high volume fabs already, this plug-and-play upgrade is a lower cost, readily available alternative to the OEM part.
Custom solution for Obsolete Part on AMAT MirraTM
Problem:
Pneutronics™ Dual Channel Proportional Pneumatic Board has gone into obsolescence.
Solution:
Re-designed the replacement board with same electrical interface: 0-10VDC input signal, more stable, repeatable output from better control device and line connection.
Note: Clean N2 is used from 21-psi supply for better resolution control and longer lifetime.
Output pressure specification:
- N2 input pressure: 21psi.
- Full output pressure range: 0-14psi.
- Linearity within ±1% (Full span)
- Hysteresis 0.5% (Full span)
- Repeatability ±0.5% (Full span)
- High-speed response time 0.1sec. Max flow rate 3.5 l/min.
- Sensitivity : Within 0.2% (Full Span)
- Operating Temp: 0-50 °C with no condensation
Easy Calibration and service:
- Plug the card into same card slot.
- Use the same standard calibration procedure for conditioner pressure lookup table and downforce. No special training and PM procedure update are required.
- Fully tested, serviceable and technical support.
