Customer Requirement
A customer is looking for a used compact automatic coater / developer / bake system for 200mm (8-inch) wafers.
The preferred configuration includes:
- 200mm (8-inch) wafer capability minimum
- Automatic wafer handling
- 1 coater
- 1 developer
- 1 bake / hotplate station minimum
- Compact system footprint preferred
Additional process stations, hotplates, chill plates, HMDS / prime stations, or other useful modules are acceptable. The customer does not require a large high-throughput production track.
SUSS ACS200 or similar compact automatic systems are of interest. Other manufacturers and models meeting the requirement will also be considered.
